Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our return policy below

Returns & Refunds

  • Defective or damaged products may be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Products must be unopened and in original packaging for returns
  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after return approval
